1. Returns and Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of grocery and food products, we only accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The product was expired upon delivery
- Items were missing from your order
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened food items
- Perishable goods
- Frozen products
- Fresh produce
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
3. Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged, incorrect, or expired item where applicable
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.
To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us promptly so we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
